>You are right, but the releasing into production side of this, so-to-speak, is definately a fuzzy area. At the workplace, the workplace/company/professionalism supercedes any personal relationships. If the guy wants to ignore Nadya, but stays within the constraints of his responsibilities and talks with her as needed for work, then I think that it's just tough luck for Nadya. If he is being passive-aggressive and this is causing problems, then I think there something for the boss to get involved with. On the other hand, maybe it is Nadya who is causing the guy discomfort, and he is simply trying to ignore the problem as he sees it. Hard to say without being either one of them.
I can not say for him, because I don't know how does he feel about the problem. I know what it gives me a lot of pain. Since the incident happenned we had 0 interaction. All work communication is done through emails.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
