Hi Agnes,

The xsource.zip has its own EULA - http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=0D1C3EC6-FFA2-4237-A0FA-8DEE4C62557D&displaylang=en. According to it you can distribute work based on xsource.zip in source form but you'll have to include MS EULA with it.
