>OK then I could say my reason of saying that. When controlsource is an array element or memvar you don't need to set value nor execute refresh for it. Whenever value changes it's automatically refreshed. Form would execute normally and show desired value provided the array exists and has value of right type (programmatically or via other controls type might be changed ie: thisform.text1.value = 0 would set text1 -controlsource memvar and chartype- to numeric 0 and right align).
