I'd stretch the _screen across both monitors, stack my tools (and the debugger) on the right side, and let the app use the left side. I'm actually close to that as it is (running on a 1440x900 widescreen), my tools take up the right edge and the app runs on the left. I dock command window, document view, data session and properties window one over another. Now if only the tabs could be on top... :)
