So I had to put in a _SCREEN.WINDOWSTATE = WINDOWSTATE_MINIMIZED at the start immediately followed by your suggestion of _SCREEN.LEFT = SYSMETRIC(1) and when the setup of the application is completed _SCREEN.WINDOWSTATE = WINDOWSTATE_MAXIMIZED
