Yes, but not the same thing is available based on the environment. For example, I am in a desktop application designer environment. In there, Intellisense will kick in accordingly to what I need. But, this EXE has to make a call to one of the framework methods, which is a DLL. In that DLL designer environment, I cannot get Intellisense to kick in as it does in the other environment. So, I had to guess and I finally was able to find the proper syntax.
