If it's a normal web app under 2005, there isn't any (web apps in 2005 aren't project-based anymore by default). You would just have to manually copy the files.

If it's not a web app, you can just just open "References" under the project, select the framework DLL, and the option to Copy Local should appear in the Properties list.
