Thanks for the help, that code seems to work. Can you help with setting parameters, I did the following:

   Me.CrystalReport11.Parameter_tiDeptID.CurrentValues.Add(lnDeptID)
   Me.CrystalReport11.Parameter_ttEndDate.CurrentValues.Add("12/31/2006 00:00:00")
   Me.CrystalReport11.Parameter_ttStartDate.CurrentValues.Add("01/01/2006 00:00:00")

But it doesn't like that.
