I checked my Dell Latitude D610 and the battery inside is not in the recalled list. However, I have noticed at times that it gets really hot when in use. I won't be sitting with it directly on my lap anymore!

Yeah, I'm really wondering if I should break the habit of keeping my laptop in my lap. Maybe that explains why Gwen (my wife) and I haven't yet produced any PA Crew junior members.

Too bad this battery story didn't break years ago - Richard Pryor would have had one helluva great alibi.

Maybe this helps to explain global warming?
