a laptop caught fire during the
U.S. Go Congress (actualy the U.S. National Championship), being held this week in North Carolina.
It was not a Dell but a Sony VAIO with Sony batteries (I assume the same ones being recalled).
They had to put it out with a fire extinguisher. It melted the laptop and fused it to the plastic table covering. The laptop was being used to record a top game during this event.
