My wife and I have had over 20 years experience in the food game i.e. restaurants’, coffee shops & fast food takeaways, all I can say is this, do your homework, as the food game is very demanding, some people make a go of it, but a lot don't.

If Subway is the same as it is here I wouldn't look at it, as you are not buying the rights to an area, and Subway can sell another franchise to someone else in the shop next door to yours.

This has happened a number of times over here.

Mc Donald's can be very profitable if you get the right site, and the training is very good and a good site is expensive.

Just remember you go into Business to make truckloads of money, not just buy a job.
