Is the table on your local drive or on the network?
    If the first, when how many VFP sessions to you have opened?
     If One, how many DS do you have?
      If one, do you have this table opened under different name?
          If nothing works, re-boot your computer <g>

Else
  Somebody else may have this table opened.
