As part of our end-of-day processing, a cleanup routine is run to move records from one table to another via table called temp.dbf.

This routine runs with no problem on some machines and produces an error (Table\\server\data\temp.DBF has become corrupted. The table will need to be repaired before using) on others.

All machines are runningXP Home, all have the same permissions, etc. Foxpro 8.0. The file is being created on the fly so it works perfectly when the user moves to a machine that is happy with this code. No repair, replacement or deletion of the file is performed in between the non-working and working execution.

Any clues? I've tried all I know!
