After changing one EXE for newest version in win xp the following message appears when try to run EXE:

The windows could not access the device, path or file specified. Maybe you don't have the proper permission to access the item.

The messsage appears when try to run the EXE by short cut or directly clicking on EXE

I am using one user with administrador windows rights.
