I see now your exchange with Borislav. If DTS does not work, another though heavier solution, assuming VFP is installed, is instantiating VFP from a SQL Server stored procedure through COM and manipulating VFP.

Or using XML from SQL Server, creating a schema than can be picked up from VFP using XMLTOCURSOR() that will create your DBF structure on the fly.

Maybe an expert in SQL Server will come up with a more straight-forward solution.
