I'm still inclined to ask what it is exactly that you are trying to achieve? Procs like sp_executeSQL are more for internal usage by SQL Server and they are great for building schema tools and the like, but aren't really intended for end-user application usage.
Besides, if you outline the scenario you are trying to accomplish, we may be able to give you a solution, solutions, or alternate ideas.
