Don't know that one. The point is we won't really know until he goes and then we'll see what kind of pressures are exerted into Raul's tenure, both internal and external and how well they handle it and how long they last (less than a year, I'd say). Are people quiet because they love him, or out of respect for him and not for his brother, and things might change and they may start demanding a different life? Or because of censorship and repression right now? Hard to say.
