It has the same problem: Paste is always active, and Copy is programatically enabled/disabled.

I simply don't understand why the same menu entry behaves differently in SysMenu vs. shortcut menu. It may be a bug, I think. I have to test this in VFP6 (I remember I used this feature and I didn't notice anything unusual at that time, but I'm not so sure anymore).
