Hi Rick
Does this mean that you have swopped to VS to
I must admit that i am enjoying programming pocket PC nearly as much as VFP
It was so easy to get answers to questions
I bought a book called The Pros talk in about 1996 - was it really that long ago Fox went OOP and it gave me almost all the answers i needed for all work I wsanted to do in VFP
My real problem is often quite basic but I find it takes perhaps a day to find out how to write 2or3 lines of code!!!
I was recommended a book called murach's C#2005 - got the second chapter and new it all
Its the starnge things like - how do you get a value from a column in a grid (at present I have a hidden text box focused on that column!!!
Like I want to open a form in another exe
I need a book like Pros Talk but for C#
The real problem is that i find a reallly cool answer only to find it doesnt work in PocketPC but thats life!!!
Regards#
Richard Simmons
PS Please give my regards to Andy and Marcia when you see them
