Open your menu in the Menu Designer and add a new item named "Window". In the grid click the button in the "Options" column. A dialog comes up. Enter "_msm_windo" in the Pad Name textbox. Close the Dialog and click on "Create" in the grid (the button following the combobox that shows "Submenu"). From the menu pick View > Menu options. For the name enter "_MWindow". Close the dialog. Create at least one item in the Window menu. You can use the "Insert Bar..." button to pick some of the standard options like Cascade.
