Well finally - you endured 3 "mercy" replies only to arrive here. MSDN suggests that we should not always expect MSXML Core Services to be installed.

Both DOM MSXML2.DOMDocument.4.0 and MSXML2.XMLHTTP are packaged in MSXML4.0 - which are offered as "the" XML 4.0 ISE merge module. So that's that for that.

But still - the registry write may also be an issue - i get the boogie woogies wondering why ISE provides a "create registry entry" service - is their a reason my VFP project's kernel calls should not work?

I think the passed values should work on all desktops. But what do I know? Craig chided me about SednaX - my dog chidded my about the "ghetto" chow - I am so behind:-)

Thanks
