Thanks David - so Sedna will be a bolt-on for VFP 9?

I have used dbi - found a lot of bugs in their navigation controls. For example, I remember that some of the "list" controls in dbi, if the app populated at the item level rather than the row level, required every 4th row (rows divisible by 4) to have two add item statements.

Many users went to dbi because they thought that the dbi controls would be easier to "fill" (ie - append from a cursor) than the OCX.

I like using the MS OCX - keeps it simple.

VFP X sounds like VFP 10. Is it a Roman Numeral - or does it mean that VFPX is an OCX COM?
