Please help me to take a suitable decisions in the following:

I would like to purchase a new VFP 9.0 version from microsoft. They are
offering me Full Product Licebse (FPP). Please let me know,

1) Can I transfer this license & software to one m/c to another while
some hardware upgradation or for a new m/c. ?
2) Is this type of license requires any activation by phone or email
etc ?
3) Can I sell exes written in VFP9.0 to clients ?
4) Programmes written in VFP 6.0 compatible with 9.0 ?
5) If I will wait for the Sedna release is there any advantage for me ?
I think SEDNA is an addon ot VFP, and I need VFP 9.0 first to use it.

Your valuable advices will help me very much
