You can buy an upgrade if you own any of the following MS products
  • Visual FoxPro 6.0, 7.0, or 8.0
  • Visual Studio 97, 6.0 Professional Edition
  • Visual Studio 97, 6.0 Enterprise Edition

It's usually cheaper to by elswhere than from MS

You can install VFP on multiple computers but can only use on one of them at the same time.

    >2) Is this type of license requires any activation by phone or email
    >etc ?

    No.

    >3) Can I sell exes written in VFP9.0 to clients ?

Yes, you can sell them and distribute VFP rintimes with them Royalty Free.

    >4) Programmes written in VFP 6.0 compatible with 9.0 ?

A lot of things changed since VFP6 and compability will depends on your coding style. Anyway it will require you to test your code under VFP9 and made unnecessary adjustments. See Re: Probable issues in jumping from VFP6 to VFP9 Thread #1126508 for more details

    >5) If I will wait for the Sedna release is there any advantage for me ?
    >I think SEDNA is an addon ot VFP, and I need VFP 9.0 first to use it.

There's no reason to wait for Sedna. It will be an SP/Exstension to VFP9.
