Rox,
LTNS. My Dell notebook DVD refused to load VFP9 off of the MSDN DVD too. I ended up putting the DVD in the drive of one of my desktop machines and installed from there and it worked fine. If that hadn't worked I was going to pull that part of the dvd off onto the hard drive and install from there.
>I'm trying to setup a brand new WinXP pro box, and both VFP8 install and VFP8 SP1 went fine. But VFP9 is being a total PITA!!! I cant get past the step 1 prerequistes, and keeps telling me it wants to install "Setup Runtime Files" and "Soap Toolkit 3.0" again and again. Turned off my firewall, virus checker and shut everything down dbl checked I was logged in as administrator - still no VFP9 for rox.
