I have received suspension notices for over a year and I never subscribed. We received a subscription at my place of employment only. I toss all of them in the trash and was really tired of it. Since I moved recently and they don't get forwarded, I imagine whomever is living at my old address is now getting tired of receiving them as well! :o)
