In a previous message, I stated that I was having problems controlling the color of an edit box class within a grid. The problems was that I needed the edit box to NOT appear selected, even when it was. I have since found a solution (or something that seems to work in every case I've tried) to this problem. I just put the NODEFAULT keyword within the GotFocus method of the edit box class. This eliminates the unwanted behaviour I was experiencing before. I was just wondering if anyone knew of any consequences this might have? So far, it seems to be working OK. The mouse clicks still process fine. TIA.
