Someone called us about the renewal. I told them I thought the quality was gong downhill and I wasn't going to resubscribe for the $139 or $159 they wanted to charge. The guy offered it to me at $109, so I decided to go ahead and renew. Maybe that was a mistake, too!

>I just received a mailing from the Pinnacle folks, and the envelope had, across the face, in huge bold black letters, DELIVERY SUSPENSION NOTICE. Does this mean that they are going to stop sending me my quarterly FINAL NOTICE of renewal? Or will I have to accumulate a certain number of these now? Can I trade them in on anything if I get, say, 50?
