In the property sheet select the control you want to remove and activate the window that contain the form you are designing by clicking the header with the mouse. Next press the del key. Be sure that the control selected in the property sheet is still the same you want to remove. If you touch the form with your mouse the selection will change and the wrong control will be remove.
