3)List1 : RowSource - department.department, RowSourceType - field
4) Text1 : ControlSource - department.department
5) Command1 : Caption - \
6) Command2 : Caption - \Run the form save a few records and then click the list followed by Append! It is noticed that Text1 or Command2 Disappear ? However if we add the TestBox Control to the form before the List Control everything works fine. I don't really see any logical explanation for this ?Thanks

Hi Sonali,
Just change the fieldname to something different from tablename (ie:fDepartment) and try.
