There was an error with my code. The line IF lcErrorMsg=" " should have been IF lcErrorMsg="".

The only thing I need to solve now is why the page crashes with a "HTTP 500.100 - Internal Server Error" error on the 3rd call/refresh yet always works 1st and 2nd time. I think it may be a caching issue but I have not pinpointed it yet.
