For simple form layouts I find that the anchor property is a good replacement for resize code.
If you have access to Advisor Guide to Microsoft Visual FoxPro, there is an article, "Visual FoxPro Resizable Forms the Professional Way" By Mike Lewis. I believe it is from the July 2006 issue. Its worth a read.
