it depends on where you are, absolute basic is 4 weeks but with service or in some sectors, that can get up to 6 weeks. for uk and ireland i think 4 weeks is basic, on the continent its 5 weeks basic. are christmas we have xmas and stephens day off so you normally use 3 days of your annual holidays to get the full week off, so you may only have 3 1/2 weeks of holiday days outside of christmas/new years.
