The same to you, why don't you speak when spoken to, and stay out of conversations that are above your level? Remember that you have upset so many with your "wise words" over the last years, that you really must weigh every word you write if you want to avoid being considered a twit.

>>>I know. But I'm amazed at the pettiness they exude. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I never once said anything to the effect of using another language.
>>>
>>>My entire point was the vast majority of large dev teams are not using VFP. Therefore you should enquire of those using other tools to determine best practice. End-of-Story.
>>
>>Perry, I will present an analogy, but I really don't think you are smart enough to understand. What if I my car has a diesel engine, and I want to hear tips from other users of diesel engines. Since there are so few users of diesel engines, would you suggest that I should talk to users who have cars with regular gas driven engines instead?
>>
>>When I wrote that I don't think you are smart enough, I was not referring to your intelligence, but to your smartness which a completely different thing. Show me wrong, accept that you have upset a few people (as usual), and step oyt of this thread.
>>
>>>John Ryan seems to think that if you don't have anything specific to add to VFP and large teams keep your trap shut. Which is entirely missing the point.
>>>
>>>I do have information to share with him as far as best practices go. It just happens to be on another website other then the UT.

You're wasting your time trying to interject anything other that vfp into these discussions. they are very happy in their little pond where they can make the rules, and God forbid, they try to expand their horizons.
