If you use the new builtin anchor property your users can resize the forms themselves as they feel appropriate.

If I was a user and a little dialog that only needed 300x400 pixels suddenly consumed my entire 1920x1280 or 1600x1200 desktop area I'd immediately send the app to the trash.
