Your message is timely as I have McAfee on a desktop and laptop. The desktop has the purchased version of McAfee, the laptop is new.
After seeing your message, I went to lunch and was in a magazine store. Consumer reports has a story on antivirus, antispam, firewall s/w. They rate Bitdefender the best av, with Zone Labs and Kaspersky Labs a close 2nd, 3rd.
Bitdefender can be purchased as part of a suite, but the other suite components got low grades. They rated Trend Micro's free antispam utility #1 and F-Secure's anti-spyware #1.
>Is anyone using VS2005 with the newest version of McAfee Internet Security?
>
>I upgraded to the newest version of McAfee 2007 last week, and since then, I've been having problems with a Web solution (that's using a website, as opposed to a web application project).
>
>Basically, I can't run the web page inside the VS2005 IDE - I get a VS2005 system error, and it tells me it's going to close VS2005 and then re-open it.

>Thanks,
