I did not say or claimed any "victory". Israel left it as mandated by UN Resolution 1559 in Jan 2005. Hezbollah's military wing was suppossed to be disbanded and the Lebanese army taken control of their border. They did not. Hezbollah attacked (and kidnapped), as we all know, so Israel took Southern Lebanon back. Now Israel is leaving it as UN troops are starting to come in as per Resolution 1701.
