There are two standout episodes, The Testing Of Eric Olthwaite and Golden Gordon, they are classic Monty Python bent humor.

Some friends of mine started the Barnstoneworth United Soccer Club here in Sydney, is was based on the Golden Gordon episode.
They fielded in the original 1930's uniform and my friend Jack's dog was the Team mascot.

Nine Sports did a show on them when Micheal Palin came out to see them in the early nineties.
