Fits. It is stable - the situation is still the same as last year. They have a government which doesn't really rule the country, there's not much change in any aspect of a citizen's life, not much change in the number of casualties. The situation is rather the same as it was, and there's not much of a chance that it may undergo any major change anytime soon.
