on the screen i have a grid that lists all of the orders that are awaiting despatch. the stores manager ticks the ones on the grid that are being collected by the particular driver, i sort them by customer. when the driver signs for the stock he is collecting, he only signs once, my code loops through all ticked orders and saves the signature for each one. there is another button on the screen that allows the stores manager to printout a delivery docket, with the drivers electronically saved signature at the bottom, if the delivery guys need it. it would be possible to show the order numbers on the screen for the driver to verify them but for this customer the driver does not know how much he is picking up until he gets and even then it can change as they load the truck due to last minute ordering.
