Thank you very much for the quick reply.

Exactly as you said, I found the new blank record sits at the top, instead of the end of the list. The sort order caused the problem.

Well, tried but not able to use dataview and got all sorts of errors.

For now, I just disabled the sort ability. Will return back to this issue some time later.
