As of today, the Universal Thread subscription, known as the Premier Universal Thread Membership, decreases to 9.95$ CAD per month. After several years at the same rate, Level Extreme has decided to decrease the subscription rate by about 30%. The decision came after 18 months of international taxation, as ruled by the Canadian Government on Level Extreme on January 2004.
