If we get close to Thanksgiving and Time Warner hasn't fixed the issue, I'm going to have to seriously consider switching to DirectTV.
>>After discussing DirectTV with some friends, my remaining questions revolve around how you end up spending per month for your subscription if HD is involved. It seems that HD add close to another $15/month.

>>>For what it's worth, I've had DirectTV for a little over a year, and I love it.

>>>I love the NFL Network, I'm addicted to it. (I've been told I have an addictive personality, but I don't know why anyone would say that).

>My HD from DirecTV adds $9.95 a month, but I've had it almost from the beginning. I've had DirecTV for nearly 9 years and it's been great. THe only outages I've ever seen are when extremely heavy rain moves through, and that's only for 10-15 minutes. Unlike cable, which would go out for many hours. Frequently.
