Hi Sean,

The "Outlook.pst" file reports 1,835,217KB, which seems far enough from 2GB to not be the problem.

The problem with "Repair" is that it says it will 'restore my OFFICE (i.e. not just Outlook) to original state. And my Outlook has lots of "Rules" that I hope not to lose.

I'm not really in a position to use some other mail service.
