No you can't do this with the 'native' tools. The SOAP Toolkit has only marginal support for complex types. If you use that you'll have to manually parse the XML returned.

The way I've done this in the past is to use a .NET client to access the Web Service and return the complex objects returned into .NET via COM interop to FoxPro. It's messy but it works and is way easier than the alternative of manual parsing if you're dealing with a really complex object.
