After my unsucessful trial with the WANG OCX (W95 is ok but a documented MS bug prevent it to work fine with NT) - i tried the ImagN' 32 bit ActiveX/OCX v3.0 component (from www.pegasustools.com) to visualize both JPG and TIFF memo blobs.

It suited me fine (it is already integratd in my package) and i would recommend them despite their registration process is a bit weird. A good product
