I found this article by accident. I've had code in place in my "holding message" windows for the past decade that did paints, refreshes, waits with .2 seconds as a timeout, etc. -- all in an effort to re-draw the screen. I chuckled when I replaced all that garbage with "ThisForm.Draw" and it works better than ever. You learn something new every day...
