>>>Corvettes look great in yellow.

>>Suppose so. But better still in red (as the old song goes). Like Ferrari Dinos should only be red, and I've rarely seen one in any other colour.

>>>I saw one as the pace car at the Indianapolis 500 one year and have been nuts about them ever since. Unfortunately, I have reached an age where I can't buy one without becoming a cliche.

>>Back in the 70s I always wanted a Jensen Interceptor, was afraid that when (and if) I'd ever be able to afford one I'd be too old to enjoy it. Now I could afford probably an old one (there aren't any new) but they look so dated now. Man, though they went like s**t off a chrome shovel!

>I have my eye on a Buick at the moment ;-) Actually I don't. Vettes are probably behind me (I had a red one and a silver one in my late 20s / early 30s) but I will always want a car with a bit of style. When I'm ready for a boring box you may as well put me in the other kind of box.

I don't know what you think of the PT Cruiser but that's what I've got, in a bright cherry red. I love it and it's retro looks (although it's a bit sluggish - but, hell - I ain't no boy racer).
- Whoever said that women are the weaker sex never tried to wrest the bedclothes off one in the middle of the night
- Worry is the interest you pay, in advance, for a loan that you may never need to take out.
