I am working on a table Appointments in a form.The records I delete from the Appointments form are meant to be stored in a Backup table.But when I issue

SET DELETED ON
SET MULTILOCKS ON
COPY TO BACKUP FOR DELETED()
PACK

VFP says file is in use.
I think it is referring to the Appointments.dbf and does not copy the deleted records to the Backup table though it Packs the Appointment table.What should I do.....
