I'm pretty sure it's an incompatability in the JPG file. Can you display the JPG with an instance of the Web Browser ActiveX control on your form?

>With VFP6 I am able to take any jpeg and view it with VFP image control. When compliling this same project in VFP8, those same images do NOT appear. Only the X of the control displays.
